Please note that In The Wild is not responsible for lost packages. If you'd like to add insurance to your package, please contact us before you pay. All domestic orders come with tracking information.

In the spirit of using the resources we already have, we take care in packaging your items using recycled and repurposed materials to protect them during shipping. Our goal is to reduce both costs and environmental impact.

Typically, orders will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days, and we aim to ship within 7 business days of your purchase unless an unexpected delay occurs. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
